Why Northwest Arkansas Families Choose Abide
One office, one schedule, care that fits every age under your roof
Everyone in one appointment. We block your family together instead of spreading you across four separate visits, so a whole family adjustment takes one trip, not four.
The technique changes with the patient. A newborn gets fingertip pressure. A teenage athlete gets something entirely different. Same doctors, adjusted to the person in front of them.
A waiting room built for real families. Kids are welcome to be kids here. Nobody is going to give you a look because your toddler is loud.
What Families Come to Us For
The reasons parents call us usually start with one person and end up including everyone
A baby who will not settle
Colic, reflux, trouble latching and broken sleep often trace back to tension from the birth process. This is the reason most families find us in the first place.
Back and neck pain that will not quit
The parent who has been carrying it for years and working around it. We look at what is driving it rather than chasing the ache.
Kids who are growing fast
Growth spurts, heavy backpacks, phone posture and sports collisions all land on a spine that is still forming.
Pregnancy discomfort
Webster Technique certified care for pelvic balance and a more comfortable pregnancy, with the rest of the family on the same schedule.
Headaches and tension
Recurring headaches in a parent or a teenager frequently come from the upper neck rather than from the head itself.
Staying ahead of it
Plenty of our families have nothing wrong. They come because keeping a nervous system working well is easier than fixing it later.

What Fayetteville Families Are Saying
Andrew N.
"Excellent staff and great culture in this office! From the smiling faces, kids playing, the way they educate simply makes this a great place to bring the whole family. Results beyond expectations! Definitely worth checking out!"

"We love going to Abide Chiropractic. I am so thankful to Dr. Watkins for helping my baby feel better! We started going to him shortly after my baby was born and then again after we started experiencing difficulties breastfeeding and with weight gain. I was losing hope that my son would ever latch again. After just one visit, we saw drastic improvement. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Watkins and his staff. Highly recommend!"

"I've been coming to Abide since 2018. I had a neck injury that wouldn't allow me to turn to the left or right. I couldn't sleep on a pillow and had to sleep on a cold gel pack in order to fall asleep. Today I have full range of motion in my neck. Also I sleep on a pillow now and no longer need a cold gel pack to fall asleep. Dr. Watkins was absolutely a God send. I can't sing his praises loud enough."
How We Adjust
Gentle Enough for a Newborn, Specific Enough for Dad
We use the Torque Release Technique, an instrument-assisted method that delivers a precise, low-force adjustment. There is no twisting and no popping — which matters when the patient is three weeks old, and matters just as much when it is a parent who has been nervous about chiropractic their whole life.
It is the same instrument and the same principle for every member of your family. Only the force changes.

What Your First Family Visit Looks Like
Bring everyone at once — here is how the visit actually runs
Tell Us Who Is Coming
Let us know how many family members you are bringing when you book and we will block the time so nobody is left waiting.
One Consultation
We sit down with the family together, go through health history, and hear what each person is dealing with.
Individual Exams
Each person gets their own assessment, including digital X-rays where they are appropriate. Children are rarely X-rayed.
A Plan for the Household
We walk you through what each person needs and what that looks like on one schedule and one bill.
Family Chiropractic Questions, Answered
The things parents ask us before they book
Can our whole family be seen in one appointment?
Yes, and most of our families do it that way. Tell us how many people are coming when you book and we will block the time together. A family of four is usually in and out in about the same time a single new-patient visit takes, because the exam work is front-loaded onto the first visit.
Is chiropractic care safe for children?
Yes. We use the Torque Release Technique, an instrument-assisted adjustment with no twisting and no popping. For an infant the force is roughly what you would use to check a tomato for ripeness. Children can be adjusted from birth, and many parents bring newborns in after delivery.
Do the adults get the same adjustment as the kids?
Same instrument and same principle, different force and different segments. The technique scales with the patient, which is exactly why it works across a family. Adults who have avoided chiropractic because they dislike the twisting and cracking tend to be comfortable with it.
Do you take insurance for family visits?
We accept most major insurance plans and we will verify your family's benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. We also offer family care plans for households seeing us regularly, which usually work out lower than paying per visit. Call us and we will walk you through the numbers.
How often does a family need to come in?
It depends on why you came. Someone in active pain is seen more often at the start and tapers off as things settle. Families who come for maintenance are typically in every few weeks. We will give you a straight recommendation after the first visit and adjust it as you go — we are not going to sell you a schedule you do not need.
