Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
Abide Chiropractic (“Abide,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, forms, online booking and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to abidechiropractic.com and book.abidechiropractic.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the appointment time you choose, and anything you enter in our forms or send to us.
- Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, pages viewed, the website or ad that brought you here, and similar usage data, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: if you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your consent and of the messages we exchange.
Please do not put detailed health information in our website forms or text messages. Information about your care is collected in person, on our paperwork and in your patient record, and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which we provide at your first visit.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm and manage your appointments and to contact you about them.
- To answer your questions and follow up if you started booking but did not finish.
- To run, measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
Advertising and analytics
We use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to understand how people find and use our site and to measure whether our ads are working. These tools use cookies and may receive information such as the pages you view and a hashed form of your contact details when you submit a form. You can limit this through your browser settings, your device’s ad settings, or the ad preference controls in your Google and Meta accounts.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our practice and website (for example our scheduling and messaging platform, email, hosting and analytics providers), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety and rights of our patients and our practice.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to message you about your appointments and related office communications. See our SMS Terms for details, including how to opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How long we keep information
We keep website and contact information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and longer where the law requires. Patient records are kept according to Arkansas and federal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the contact information we hold about you by contacting us below.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Children
Our online forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through our website. Parents and guardians schedule care for their children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the date at the top.
